An expert in organizational culture, Dr Meade previously worked to improve the company culture at NASA, after the Space Shuttle Columbia Disaster in 2003. Dr Meade holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering and is the the co-author of The Missing Links: Launching A High Performing Company Culture.
